Best finger steaks ever!  Don't pass by without stopping here. We pass through every year after our women's retreat and they are Always the bomb. Great food, service and price.

We used to live in Hagerman and eat here at least once a week! Awsome food and service. We still come back just not as awesome. In fact we were there last night for Mom's birthday party. Thanks very much it was great. Nancy Jarrett and Jade Page

Way over hyped for what it is. 

The breakfast far out weights the lunch and dinner. It may say Chef Martin on the sign but I'm sure he doesn't cook there. However, if you are in Hagerman, it's just about the only place in town. (I feel like they take advantage of that.) 

It's a shame that it's  so obvious that out of towners are treated so much differently than locals. Meh... Small town mentality. 

The plastic patio chairs in the dinning room are a bit weird??  

So, the food is just elevated dinner food. They try to make a big deal about the alligator and catfish... but I'm pretty certain they aren't catching either of them local to put them on the menu. 

Oh, and the hard stale toast in the salad bar sits out all day and is never really good. 

But the desserts... You must look in the refrigerator case by the cash register before you sit down to see what's available and looks good. If you get lucky and get something fresh it's delicious! 

All in all not bad... Just mediocre.

Establishment fit the setting well, the menu had a decent selection of hearty grill options, and I appreciated their attention to quality on quite a few fronts.
