Friendly atmosphere. Lots of machines, everything you need for a good workout.

This is by far the best gym in town! It's like a second home to me. I joined in 2011 and I've lost 100 lbs thanks to  everyone being so welcoming and encouraging.The owner, Allister welcomes everyone at Snap and helps them as best he can. I'm proud to say that I now work there and I'm part of an amazing team 😊

Snap Fitness Rockland is a fantastic gym with the most friendliest and helpful staff. They actually care about your fitness goals. They run various types of activities to motivate the competitor in you.  I joined this gym nearly a year ago and was extremely over weight. With their help and experience, I managed to loose more than 35 lbs. I'd highly recommend anyone thinking of signing up to a gym in the Rockland area to sign up with Snap Fitness. It's not just a gym but a family!!!

This by far is the best gym I've ever been a member of.  The owner Allister Beauchamp is very much part of the gym and  his members making everyone feel like family.  He is very encouraging and supportive having already helped many people in our community enjoy and better, healthier lifestyle with the many hours he dedicates every year with The Biggest Loser competition he runs every year.  The family treatment not only comes from the owner but is extended from every member of his staff.

Apart from this the best part I love about this gym is their involvement in the community.  I still remember the first time I met with Allister the gym was not even ready to open yet.  I was their to see him for support with the girls hockey association in Rockland.  It didn't take him much convincing and was there to help us out with a local tournament we were organizing.  This hasn't changed as he is constantly involved with the community in many ways throughout the years.  This is another major reason I love this gym.  Couldn't ask for any better.

If you live in the Rockland area and looking to make a difference in your life I highly recommend joining the Snap Rockland gym.  Come join the big family we are very welcoming.
