I have been a member of the Snap Fitness in Clinton, Ct for 3 1/2 years. It is very professional, clean and inviting atmosphere. Everytime a member walks through the door he/she is greeted by the owners Dale and Joy who make everyone feel very welcome. Dale and Joy aren't only friendly but very accommodating and are always willing to lend a helping hand to their members to educate them so they are able to reach their full potential in their individualized work out. I am proud not only to be a member of this establishment but happy it is a business we could be proud of in our little Shoreline town of Clinton. Thank you Dale & Joy for all that you do. Lori Conway

Been a member since 2012. Dale, I presume an owner, recently contacted me trying to charge a "Club Enhancement Fee". This has never been charged in previous years and is not in my contract. I have tried working this out, those Dale has been nasty (see attached picture). If you want to be a member of a club that will arbitrarily charge you fees so they can update their club, join this Westbrook location. Stay far away.

Will charge you an extra $31 each month 28th no notice. If you're a member check your bank statements before it's too late! 6 friends affected by this.

If working out at 2am is worth $40 a month to you, this is a fine gym with the standard equipment with an additional room for spinning or yoga. It's clean and well maintained, but there are NO showers.
