Great, clean facility! Awesome workout environment and a lot more affordable than other nearby clubs. I love the option for a month-to-month membership without being locked into a long term contract. 

Even during peak hours, they're hardly ever crowded. Plenty of cardio equipment--recumbent bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, and a Stairmaster. The dumbbells go up to 100 pounds, and they have a lot of machines including a Smith machine and cable crossover. 

Everyone is super welcoming and you won't be intimidated walking in there!
