The food is healthy and the portions are appropriate. The issue I have with them is that some of the foods are too spicy. For instance, I tried the Teriyaki Chicken and it was way too spicy. Teriyaki chicken isn't meant to be spicy. I expect it from the chili but not from items that aren't traditionally spicy at normal restaurants. The same thing happened with the Spaghetti Bolognese. As I'm working my way through the menu, it seems that the vast majority of the food contains jalapenos and other peppers that give the food heat. It isn't always necessary and is uncomfortable for some people!!! You can make food full of flavor without throwing in heat. I assume the chefs at Snap Kitchen aren't aware of how to do that and are simply throwing in heat to add/cover up flavors. It's a shame.

This is by far the best prepared-food business in Dallas. Every single meal is delicious. I have tried every single competitor and the only one that comes close at all is Simply Fit Meals. I have used this 2-3 times a day and successfully lost weight. The cost is worth it when you compare the health, calories and time factors.

Love their vegan options when available... sometimes they are left with only one option.  BUT taste wise, they are top notch!
