My husband recently went to this location and ordered two chicken finger and fry combos. Upon having to wait for over thirty minutes for this simple dish, he received the food and not only was it burnt to a blackened crisp but the fries tasted like freezer burn and stale. The inside of the chicken was a dingy brownish/white showing just how burned they were. We called the location to inform them and ask for either a refund or a new order and were RUDELY turned away because "a manager was not in". I do not understand why a place with such awful food and customer service is above water other than convenience from unsuspecting customers. This experience was awful to say the least and should be corrected.
