We appreciate your kindness and how you took care the whole service including the process of the church. Gustavo it's sad to say this but your funeral home has helped us with others family members( Jimenez, Vergara and others) and we would like to thank you for your great service. I know it might seem strange to choose to give a review for a funeral home, but in this case it is warranted. The shock and pain of my mother's death this past summer was beyond words and the healing has just recently begun. But I have to say that working with Sylvia R. at Sneider & Sullivan was a fortunate thing during a terrible time. Her deep natural care, empathy and understanding of the enormity of the emotional depth of the situation and the need to get 'stuff' done, was done with finesse, intelligence and care. Somehow she was able to work with my sister and me and get us through all the decisions, planning and delivery of a beautiful service without a glitch. She also knew all the things that needed to be done; getting notices in the paper, getting flowers, setting up the room, coordinating with the hospital and the county...she somehow made sure we got it ALL done without having us feel overwhelmed or intruded upon. And now, a couple months out she wrote the kindest personal note to check up on us...Sylvia is one of those incredible people who come into your life and help you during a very, very difficult time...she is masterful and we have deep appreciation and respect for her and for Sneider & Sullivan.....
