This is probably the best Teriyaki in town. I would totally give it five stars if the dining area was a little cleaner. The walls next to the tables need to be repainted and the 2x4 benches are building up grime. For these reasons, we always get ours to go.

Good quality food and fast cooking, customer service is ok, but I've gone there many times with custom orders and they have always gotten them correct. I would recommend calling in for a pickup, seats are not super comfy

Just stopped in on a whim for lunch while I was in Snohomish for work, was craving teriyaki haha pretty good, little place! Food came pretty fast, got it to go. Very nice people that work here.

I went into Snohomish Teriyaki yesterday to order food to go for my daughter and myself. I ordered fried rice, gyoza, and a kids chicken teriyaki. The total was $21.76 and I paid with my debt card. The lady at the register who took my order brought me a bag that was tied shut and said "here is your order" so I took it and left. We came home and when I opened the bag the order was completely wrong. It was chicken teriyaki and sweet & sour pork. I called in and both people I spoke with were rude and acted like they did not understand what I was saying to them. In the end they told me to bring the food back, and come back to place another order. I just stayed home and tried the food I was mistakenly given and to be honest it wasn't good. The chicken teriyaki was dry and cold. The sweet and sour pork had no veggies and it was cold and soggy. I was the only one in the restaurant when I ordered so I'm guessing they gave me a mess up order from earlier in the day or something, very disappointing!!!
