Based on very positive reviews I hired Snows Painting Service LLC for a large interior job. The timing estimate to complete the job was 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the team (2-4 people). The job took 3 full weeks to complete (anywhere from 0 to 6 people on any given day and not the necessarily the same people). Some of the rooms are ok, however there is still a good amount of touch up needed. I think it's hard to ensure the quality when it's different people everyday. I was not home during all of the time they were working but can say I don't feel the team was respectful of my home (items not cleaned up, trash and cigarette butts left on my patio, and paint left after the job had been completed on my hardwood floors and kitchen cabinet, I also supplied the paint and while completing touch ups notice small paint rollers left in a number of the paint cans). Communication was an issue from not communicating the need for additional supplies, to not returning calls about if they would be working on Saturday, to when the work would be completed, to the crew not showing up on the anticipated last day of the job (the day before the holiday which force a change in my plans). The estimator did a great job selling the work however the work was not completed the way it was described. Maybe this was a one off situation with my home but I was definitely left feeling like my $5,000 plus job was not a priority. Based on my experience I would not recommend using them. Update: the owner reached out to me recently and offered to make things right with the touch ups, which I appreciated.

As far as the prepping, scraping and painting the work was exceptional. The crew also cleaned up very nicely each day. I found the owner of the company very professional, prompt and very easy to work with. We were also very pleased because the job came in on budget. I would certainly highly recommend Snow's Painting.

Snow's repainted our newly purchased home in Dover and did a great job. The guys were courteous and called me when they had questions or suggestions. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs professional painters. Debby K.

Snow's Painting of Smyrna, DE changed my opinion of the negative reputation many contractors deserve. They were not only price conscious, but were professionals from start to finish. The painter's were well mannered and totally respected our home. Our family is glad that we chose Snow's and should the need arise for further work we know who to call.
