Partnered with Sapporo Ramen & Noodle Bar; we'd like to introduce to you, Snowflake Tea & Dessert Café!

We are a twist on a modern dessert café serving Korean style 'Patbingsu' which is shaved snow made of milk based fruit flavorings and also some Korean and Japanese pastries.

If you're thirsty or just need a place to hangout, we have an assortment of boba, lattés, smoothies, & sodas!

I got the taro bubble tea and it was the worst bubble tea I've had in my lifetime. I'm not joking either. I've had bubble tea at different places and states and this was by far the worst. The boba was clumped together, it had no sweetness at all and it was mushy and broke apart in my mouth! The tea had an ok flavor but it was very grainy with chunks of hard pieces of god knows what! Maybe their bingsoo is good. Have yet to try that.

The snowflake is not as milky as the one from Boiling Pots because it's only ice, then they put topping on top. The boba is not chewy. They also charge extra for bubbles on bubble tea. Why would you call it bubble tea if it doesn't come with bubbles?

Friendly staff. Delicious desserts (especially the bingsoo!). Comforting environment. If you haven't been here before, it's definitely worth stopping in to check out this gem of East Lansing.

Interesting dessert options. Shaved ice is unflavored. They did charge extra for bubbles in their bubble tea..
