Great service, if they don't have what you want they will order them for you.

I wear big shoes and when they didnt have them they ordered 2 sizes one 14 and 15. Bought the 14s and wore them for a month. Couldn't quite get them broken in correctly. Called to see if they still had the 15s. Was told yes. I went in hoping but not expecting to get discount. Walked out as a truly surprised and happy customer when Snyder's just swapped shoes at no charge. Still amazed and now a dedicated return customer.
