The card readers in the dryers hardly work and we have to keep putting the card in the slot over and over again and again 10-20 times for it to finally read the card. It really makes me think twice about coming there. Also what time does the "other side" close because I had to wait 10 minutes until another customer was finished with the size washer I needed to wash my clothes even though there was one available on the side that the attendant closed. It was not even 8:30 pm yet and I thought that was ridiculous. So we have to wait to wash our clothes so the attendant can have time to smoke a pack of cigarettes and clean the place before it's time for her to get off? So she closes one side so it won't get dirty...but she can be done cleaning before her shift is over IF she was cleaning during her entire shift instead of sitting outside smoking. And to top it off, is customers wouldn't have to wait to use a machine we need when there is a perfectly functioning one on the other side which closes way before the time the laundromat even closes. Another customer also complained to me about this that evening and I'm sure this isn't the first or second time this has caused an inconvenience to the customer. It needs to be fixed!

Love Soaps-N-Suds in Norfolk (Norview area).   It's conveniently located near our home, has convenient accessible hours, and a very polite and helpful staff. Everything is always in working order, and extremely clean.

This place is always clean and the machines are kept in good working order. Nice friendly staff also.

Decent Pricing for washers and dryers. A woman and a little girl are going around and keeping the place clean. They also have single use detergents and softeners you can purchase if you forget to bring yours.
