Went there the other day and they told me about the membership. I didn't know about it till now. I signed up because I'm very picky about cleaning my car every week and it's a great deal!. 3$ off if you go in the evening, and you don't have the membership! Super good deal! The vacuums clean EVERYTHING up from my car floor. The man at the drive through helped me out a lot too! Very friendly and I can't wait to go back next week and clean my car again lol

Had the worst experience today with the manager Rafa or Sam. I will not be returning mainly because he said “if you don’t like it don’t bring it here.” SMH gonna tell all my friends about this. Don’t go here if you have a lowered car or even a stock heigh sports car. It will ruin you front bumper if you do the tire shine option

Attendant kept us too close to the other cars and didn't rinse my car fully and had residue all over it. I even had paid for the best most expensive wash! Complete trash and worst soapy joes in the county

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. The service they offer is great, BUT if you have to deal with their corporate office make sure that you DO NOT speak with the so called manager Angelina. I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. Because I was too busy at the hospital and did not give a 7-day cancellation notice I will not be able to receive a refund. Like I asked to get in a car accident and be horribly injured?! I have legitimate proof and police reports of the accident and when I told this to her she was very rude and snarky speaking over me telling me that there was nothing she can do. If you ever sign-up with them make sure you don't get into a car accident because they won't refund you back the money even considering situations and events beyond your control. This is ridiculous! Angelina, you obviously need a career change, customer service is definitely NOT your forte. I will be speaking to Ron or whomever is above this Angelina to get this situation resolved!

It looks cool but maybe Sam could be nicer and not rude also they don't clean the car that very well
