DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. The service they offer is great, BUT if you have to deal with their corporate office make sure that you DO NOT speak with the so called manager Angelina. I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. Because I was too busy at the hospital and did not give a 7-day cancellation notice I will not be able to receive a refund. Like I asked to get in a car accident and be horribly injured?! I have legitimate proof and police reports of the accident and when I told this to her she was very rude and snarky speaking over me telling me that there was nothing she can do. If you ever sign-up with them make sure you don't get into a car accident because they won't refund you back the money even considering situations and events beyond your control. This is ridiculous! Angelina, you obviously need a career change, customer service is definitely NOT your forte. I will be speaking to Ron or whomever is above this Angelina to get this situation resolved!

everytime I go to this location there is always something wrong. two times I go and they tell me they are not allowing people in because "the city is shutting down the water".

I love the convenience of Soapy Joe's but the damage my vehicle has sustained is just not worth it. I bought a new car on August 11, 2017 and on August 24th I purchased my Super Joe membership. I used the wash 3 times in the last 12 days and everytime my vehicle suffered damage with the worst being gouges through the paint and into the rocker panel that you can see in the photo attached here. As a new parent and having a new vehicle I want to keep my car clean and have more time for my family so I loved the idea of a membership wash with Soapy Joe's . However, I cancelled my membership today because of the amount of damage to my car in just three washes. To some it may be insignificant but as a car enthusiast this damage is too much to bear.

Good car wash, but they don't give you a wet cloth rag to wipe down your seats ( - 1 star) and they also don't give you any sort of complimentary air freshener ( - 1 star ). Plus they limit your time for how long you can spend in vacuuming the inside of your car ( - 1 star). I've been to Breyer car washes in the Midwest in the middle of no where lmao.
