My experience with Socaz painting was outstanding.  The level of professionalism is far superior to any other painting contractor I have encountered.  This company uses state-of-the art laser technology to accurately measure square footage and then breaks the job down by individual zones with site photos for reference points.  Our Sr. estimator, Heather, was so knowledgeable that she even offered suggestions for paint products which could be applied in our high-traffic areas to improve appearance and which would be more cost effective. The contracting staff arrive on time, apply all necessary safety measures, and leave no trace behind.  They are very flexible, and have even agreed to work on Sundays for us when our building was closed. I would recommend Socaz Painting without hesitation to anyone looking for a superior painting company.

We have had a number of jobs successfully completed by Socaz Painting:  interior walls rejuvenated, ceilings   cleared of that awful texture and made smooth, and the exterior of three buildings on our property painted to a wonderful finish.  The employees of Socaz are very considerate and are most diligent in meeting our expectations.  I have no reservations in recommending them to you!

We recently had our Family Room painted by Socaz Painting and had a very positive experience. From the planning process to the finished painted room, Socaz was very organized, responsive, transparent and very customer focused.
Their project manager gave us a very thorough price quote upfront, was very understanding when we changed our minds about the rooms we wanted to paint, and worked with us on the scheduling.
The painters arrived on time, kept us apprised of the next steps and cleaned up after the painting was complete. The whole team really made the process stress free.
I highly recommend Socaz Painting to help you with your painting needs.

The best painting company in the area. The employees are excellent, and very thoughtful of protecting your property. Torrance, the owner, is a stickler for details and the follow- up is amazing.
