Better to be there about an hour before they open or make an appointment. They let them (with appointments) in first. Arrived at 8:00 am. There were already about 5 people in line. 9:00 am the same line has now moved inside to wait for our turn to go to the first window where they will give ticket number. About 3 mins later, my number was called and by 9:24 am we were done and I was walking out the door feeling productive. Lol.

Literally can't get a hold of anyone on the phone 55min wait, 4 hours on national toll free...so ridiculous....government bureaucracy at its finest

Where to start... Power hungry security guards and incompetent workers. Can't stand up in the lobby, saw a woman with a baby get told to leave because standing wasn't allowed. Had to leave her older child alone while comforting the baby. Came on two different days and was told different documents needed for the same thing. Wasted more than 6 hours at this place. Unfortunately they think they're God so there's no other choice.

When I had to call them a few times the people were very nice and helpful. But with this time around the lady who answered the phone was rude.

Great experience. I got there an hour before opening. There were about 13 people ahead of me already. I had to change my name due to being newly married. After they opened, it took about 15 minutes to get in and get my ticket. They display the numbers coming up and the number being called and what window on the screen. They also verbally call your number. 35 minutes later, I was walking out. I was inside for a total of 50 minutes. The security guards kept things running smoothly and were very communicative. It was very busy and crowded, but that's just the way it is. The woman I dealt with was friendly, quick, and knew what she was doing. She even answered all of my questions. MY ADVICE: Make an appointment. They take those first. Get there AT LEAST an hour early. It will save you so much more time in the long run. Read the website, and come prepared with all of your documents. If you think you're going to be in and out, not going to happen. It's a government office just like DMV. Everyone needs to go there. Bring your patience. We're all "busy". Yes, they call people out of order. It's because different staff service different things as far as I understand. It depends on what you need. Bring stuff to occupy yourself to do. Please, please, do not bring your whole family if not necessary, it just crowds the place. It's not a place to hang out for grandma, grandma, nieces nephews, etc. or a field trip. It's a place of business.
