The services and practitioners are very good. I have seen a RMT, physio therapist. I also had acupuncture done. The suites and inside is outdated and old. The carpet, walls and rooms seem dirty and a thorough clean is much needed. Other than that I recommend the clinic.
I can't begin to tell you how energizing and empowering my first ice plunge was at the Newmarket location! Stephanie was so kind and compassionate, calming and full of knowledge. Can't wait for my next appointment!
I have been a patient of Healtopia for years and more specifically been treated by Paola Wu for physiotherapy and Tania Perin for massage therapy. Paola and Tania, along with the staff, are wonderful! They are both super friendly and exhibit a genuine sense of care while providing treatment in order to successfully resolve ongoing problematic issues due to physical injuries, and pain; all the while maintaining a great deal of professionalism while in their care. The staff is also very kind, easy to deal with and extremely helpful. There have never been any complaints from my end and I would highly recommend others to visit their facilities.

Definitely made my first chiropractic visit a pleasant one. The staff were accommodating and polite .The doctor ensured I felt comfortable and explained each step of the process. I would totally recommend this place for anyone with chronic backpain.

Dr. Bertolo is truly one of the best chiropractors ive seen by far. Ive had terrible spasms and aches in my back and within one visit i alreasy feel so much better, i look forward to my weekly visits with him. He has an amazing personality and is very easy to talk to! I highly recommend his chriopractic services to anyone suffering from aches and pains. His staff is very helpful and polite, absolutely amazing office!

Healthtopia is a clean and well maintained place. The staff were very professional. Dr. Bartolo was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend others to visit here. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis as my back and neck pain were relieved.
