My Water Specialist is Chris Kline...why?  Because  Chris came the same day as contacted AND helped me choose a water softener that fit my needs and saved me money.  Also, my desire for the best possible drinking water without the hassle of pouring and filtering etc.  opened an opportunity for me to purchase from Soft Water Specialists, an under the sink unit for a substantial discount as well as Chris coming back later that same day to install it and provide a facet that matches my existing facet in my kitchen.  We have been very pleased with all of Soft Water Specialist LLC services.  Initially they helped us install a water softener and a reverse osmosis unit.  As a business they are professional, honest, and very willing to educate and understand the customer needs.  Their willingness to respond to your calls and to follow through with their commitments makes them a very high integrity company to deal with.  The are definitely a five star company to us.

Matt and his crew were extremely thorough! From the initial water testing to installation day Matt's communication was first rate. Hard water was damaging my fixtures and appliances. What a relief knowing that I am extending the life of my appliances!Thank you for your quick response and speedy installation. I will continue to refer your services. Thanks Matt!
