Sol Liquor Lounge
"Formerly known as ‘Sun Liquor Lounge’, the cocktail bar here at 607 Summit has been a staple of Seattle’s community for the past 12+ years. While the name was changed to differentiate between Sun’s distillery and the bar, everything else remains the same.Craft cocktails are what we do. New menus seasonally, but the same great vibe.We continue to be committed to using the highest quality & freshest ingredients for every drink we make. All juices are squeezed to order & all drinks are made without the help of pre-made “mixes.” Year round we stock seasonally fresh fruits & spirits."

We have been looking for a place that has great bartenders and great cocktails for a very long time. Years actually We're willing to drive far for the best of anything and this little hole in the wall is definitely the best spot for cocktails that we've found in Seattle and the surrounding area. The bartenders are awesome, vibes are super chill, atmosphere is cozy and cocktails are all amazing every time. Their late night dumpling menu is paired perfectly with any drink you get. Get 2 orders. You won't regret it. Highly recommend for a cozy spot to hang out, grab a delicious drink and a snack. This is our new go to spot for a good drink and good vibes. Highly recommend!
While the drinks could be better, I still recommend this place for a no-frills neighborhood bar with a cozy and laid-back atmosphere. Its nice to grab the outside table and sip on the cocktails.Food: 4/5
A quiet, dark, and cozy cocktail bar at the edge of Capitol Hill where they squeeze fresh fruit for each cocktail. Try the Mai Tai. It's not a classic this one's pretty red but it's super tasty if you're in the mood for something tropical!Food: 5/5
Warm and busting, and top quality drinks. A must visit to try their unique cocktails, which aren't too sweet. The dumplings were unremarkable, though I love that they have 3 vegetarian options.Food: 4/5
Drinks were amazing! They weren't too sweet or too bitter. I got the Eva Peron and Over and Out. The risk taker was also solid, but the Eva Peron and Over and Out were definitely better. The Atmosphere is nice and fancy. Over all it was a perfect date night! The bartender was also super sweet and kind. For four drinks it was about $60, so solid for a cocktail bar. I highly recommend if you are considering going here!
Atmosphere was artistically interesting, based on a historical “orientalia” theme; Friendly sociable staff, good service. Conveniently located in walkable, pedestrian-friendly Capitol Hill; Beware the street parking can be scarce. Cocktail menu is updated seasonally, and handcrafted with fresh juices, syrups, and bitters .. albeit not strong enough alcoholically weak for my taste.
Awesome little cocktail bar. Everyone was super friendly and the drinks were great. The only munchies was just dumplings and they were ok. Totally worth a visit thoughFood: 3/5
Can't call this place Sol LIQUOR Lounge when they don't put any liquor in your $16 cocktail. This orange juice drink tastes straight from the carton. Food: 2/5
Fantastic drinks and service from bartender Chris! This was a nice chill spot on our Sunday evening visit. Perfect for a date or just reading at the bar with some great cocktails.Food: 5/5
I would give this place a one star solely based upon the bartender with the long hair and facial hair. Nowhere does it say that you need to order at the bar and if it does, it needs to be more visible. On the menu it says it in small letters after really looking over the menu. The bartender waved to us from the bar and was extremely rude to my husband. He asked for a credit card to open a tab and my husband proceeded to give it to him. He had drinks in his hands and responded I only have two hands in a rude way. The whole interaction was off and so rude. We finished the drinks and left, we won’t be coming back here due to the lack of disrespect he showed us. If someone does not enjoy interacting with people they shouldn’t be in the service industry.
