I've come to solar nails many different times in the past, and have always been pleased with the outcome. However, yesterday I was incredibly displeased. Not only was I greeted quite rudely by the staff, but they also did a terrible job. My friend had called to make an appointment for me and my sister and her the day before and when we showed up, the man who scheduled our appointment had scheduled it wrong. And not only that, but when I tried to correct him, he began to pick a fight with me. What happened to the customer always being right? Then once we got the issue resolved, not only was the employee annoyed with me, but also did a terrible job! Skipped several of the steps that I always look forward too, and my nails instantly began chipping the moment I left the store. Never have I been so disrespected and ripped off. Never. Going. Back. Again.

We went in to get our pedicures, the man hurried through steps of exfoliate/filing. My nails are still not straight and the man cannot paint nails. Also my friend still had a lot of dirt stuck in toenails after leaving the salon. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO THERE. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY THERE. Going to try other salon in Klamath falls.

A fantastic place to get yourself pampered! The younger women are speedy with a nice chatty quality and attentive to the desires of the clients.

When asked the difference between solar nails and acrylic they didnt tell me much except "we do a lot more solar nails" and "we only color the tips"

On the board it says Acrylic set is $30

When she was done doing my nails, which looked really bad by the way she tells me $46

She barely spoke english so I didnt feel comfortable asking about the price,

Am not coming back here.

I have enjoyed going to see Selena every two weeks.  She is friendly and always has fun ideas for my gel nails.  When Selena is not available the other ladies have been great.  Going to Solar Nails has always been a good experience for me, and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.  Thanks, Pam
