Our approach to boxing and fitness is to teach the proper fundamentals and correct forms behind all exercises and movements.
SolBox Fitness Club is a cross training studio that adds a personal touch to your exercise experience. We specialize in teaching you the proper techniques during our boxing and fitness sessions. At SolBox Fitness the emphasis is on teaching, learning, and sharing. We are not another cardio style boxing gym or another bootcamp style fitness facility. We teach you the foundations of boxing and calisthenics so that as you progress ‘you’ the member actually know what you are doing and not just following orders. The unique “vibe” at SolBox is another component that sets us apart from other “gyms”. The Graffiti, the Music (old school and underground Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz and SOUL), and the floor layout which we call “the track” all come together like a perfect combination that allow our members to “flow” through the workout. Our goal is to motivate you from the inside out.
