This workout is hard as hell, but so worth it! An extremely efficient and effective use of 50 minutes. Also, love the coaches!

This place is [AMAZING]! I'm a regular gym go-er and I like to think that I am in pretty good shape, but boy did I think differently when I went to my first solidcore class. This place will have you shaking by the end and have muscles you didn't even know you had hurting for days (like when you laugh). It is one of the hardest workouts I have ever done, but I always leave feeling stronger. Both physically and mentally! Be prepared to sweat! I absolutely love the friendly environment. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The coaches are always so motivating and encouraging and always welcome you by name and cheer you on. I LOVE Steph and Kim (haven't had any other coaches yet) Its upbeat and the music is great! I love that I can stop in for a quick 50 min session and get an intense full body workout and get on with the rest of my day. Its the hardest workout I've done and I always ask myself (as my legs are shaking about to collapse during the workout) "why did I come back for this" but yet I ALWAYS go back because it is amazing!

Hands down best workout in town. While you're shaking and twitching 10 seconds seems to take forever and before you know it class is done and you are not sure what just happened. Low lighting, loud music and coaches who never stop encouraging has me coming back for more. Two thumbs up (if I could lift them) for [solidcore]!

Very hard working instructors and an enjoyable workout. Solidcore hits all the "hard to reach places" and you can perform at your own pace.
