Had a unit reserved to store a relative's belongings who is moving twice in less than a year. They say they are open until five but at 4:45 no one was there. As I called the posted number to try and get someone to help me a nephew who had come to help unload the truck pulled on the gate to see if it was locked. All of my calls received no response but the gate pull got the angry ginger there in five minutes. He insisted the place had been open till five and then cancelled are reservation and threatened to have us arrested for pulling on the gate. WOW great response, after reading about the mouse infestation at the unit I am actually glad this happened! XD Update Thank you for the response. I see that if you do not accept money from someone you do not feel they deserve the right to leave a google review on the experience they had with you or your business. That is not how it works this is a way for people to warn other people about terrible businesses that they should avoid. And as I stated in my previous review, no employees were on site during posted business hours and a young man pulling on a gate with his bare hands got our reservation cancelled and a threat of being arrested. Joshua did not pull or pry on the gate he is still in Arizona....terrible business run by incompetent people.

Fair prices and the units floors are raised so not to worried about flooding. However you get 24 access but there is no light in the unit and the ones and the building barely work and when they do there so dim ya cant see anyways. Other then that though great place! Even offer free pallets for your stuff to go on!

My rent increase doubled within a month. The girl that was on was rude. It wasn’t Sandy.

Very unprofessional, a very disappointing experience overall. The storage units are in need of a lot of maintenance. I would not recommend.
