Sadly after about four years of doing business here, I will not be returning. I came here in the first place because after purchasing some pricey $1500 Armani suits, I wanted a top notch place to be sure my clothes would be in good hands. When I first came they used to take great care of me, but recently that went downhill. Last time I told the young lady please take good care of my suit and clean it gently because it's Armani. She then blew me off responding that all the suits get thrown in the same machine and it doesn't matter what I say. I honestly was just looking for some reassurance, but I think its poor customer service to blow your customers off and treat them like that. That last straw was when I was coming to the cleaners near close one saturday. I called the lady at 6:50 to tell her i was on my way and should be there before 7, although it would be close. I arrived at 6:59 and walked inside. She then REFUSED to take my clothes even though I'm a 4 year regular customer. I told her i wouldn't shop there anymore if she didn't take my clothes and she said she didn't care. It's unfortunate because the place was working for me, although they do clean quite aggressively and have destroyed the fabric around the collar of several of my shirts. I know the owner he seemed like a chill guy...but I guess your only good as the help you get. PEACE

If you actually would like to have your clothes returned to you, DO NOT GO HERE. I have to replace a winter coat because of their negligence.

I've used Somerset Cleaners about 3 or 4 times now. Every time I have been satisfied and not experienced any issues. My clothes are always ready next day also just as they say. All my experience has been with the afternoon staff btw.

As a new comer to Michigan, I have realized one thing. If a establishment has "Best of Hour Magazine" sign, STAY AWAY. This is the same thing that happened with Somerset Cleaners. Since they were across the street from where I live, I decided to try them out. I took my wife's shirt and pant to get cleaned. They charged over $12.00 for the two. When I went to pick the clothes up, the white shirt had lint, hair and stains. I told them to redo it at which time the owner used a lint remover to clean the shirt. When I complained, he decided to redo the shirt. When I went home, I saw the pant had lint and stain as well. I took the pant back, and they did the same thing - used a lint removerto pacify me. I then asked why the pants were not clean to which they responded, they have a lot of clothes, so they may have missed a few. I then asked for my money back or get the clothes cleaned properly. At this point, the owner, took my clothes out of the bag and threw it at me and told me to get out. He then threatned me and pushed me out of his store. So not only do they need anger management, they need an education on how to clean clothes. I found a great cleaner in Adam's Square and they do a fantastic job. STAY Away from this scam job.
