I found this place on google and also heard someone mentioned before. I decided to try because of the positive reviews, but it turns out don’t trust the google reviews too much!

Here is something I really want to share:
1. I have tricare dental care. They are in network with my insurance. Regular cleaning and exams should be covered 100%, but they CHARGED me 66.8 dollars for that. Although they said there would be some extra fees, I thought it was only like additional 10, 20 bucks, don’t know where does the 66.8 come from. Fillings should be covered by 80%, but they ONLY offer 65% discount. What they told me is the tricare contractor changes, the rate changes too. If they offer the same discount, it will be unfair to them. However, what I think is, if your are in the network, you have to follow the rules because you are getting the patient from the network and there are contract bonding each other. If you don’t agree with the rules, you don’t have to be in the network. You cannot be in the network without giving the patient the discount  that they should have!

2. So I found somewhere else for another consultation. After reviewing the x-ray pictures they send to me as well as the second consultation, I found they made a mistake in they proposed treatment plan. One of the teeth was WRONG! Even it was a typo, it cannot be an excuse, because it can cause consequences me. I felt so lucky I didn’t done the dental work over there!

3. The office manager turned to be impatient after I told them I will go find another dentist. 

Overall, not returning, not recommending.

I love Dr. Garcia and her staff! I really hate going to the dentist but it always turns out to be a very pleasant experience! They do everything there in house, it's great!

Dr. Garcia and her wonderful team were very thorough and comforting during my appointment.  They took considerable time to explain in detail my treatment plan, answer questions and concerns, and were caring and compassionate!

There aren't enough good things that I can say about Dr. Garcia and her staff. She is so very caring and has done so much for me with all of my dental issues. I am so very glad that I changed to her very competent practice. Thank you so much Dr. Garcia and to your great staff.
