I, like many others out there, don't like the car buying experience. At least that is the mindset I went in with prior to working with Craig Knabe. He greeted me with a large smile and sat with me to go over my needs. Craig asked question after to question to determine what I was requiring, allowing him to recommend multiple vehicles at different price points that would fit both my requirements and budget. The experience wasn't like talking to a salesman; it was like having a conversation with a friend or family member. I definitely could tell that Craig truly cares about making his guests happy and finding the right vehicle for them. He never once made me feel pressured. I would highly recommend Craig and Sommer's to all of my friends and family. Thank you for making me feel welcome and like a part of the family Craig!

From the minute we walked in and met Jim Naus we felt at ease and comfortable. I wanted to test drive 3 different vehicles. Jim talked with us about each, showing me the features and talked about how each were different. We are Costco members which made buying the Subaru a breeze. Jim showed us our options, talked through the key pieces and what to expect next. My car wasn’t on site. He communicated every step of the way through emails and phone calls to let me know where things were at. When I bought my first (used) car at a different dealership I had a really bad experience. I’m very glad we went to Sommer’s Subaru this time because this experience was 100% better. I would recommend Sommer’s and Jim to anyone who was looking for a Subaru.

Everything! The process of making an appointment online or on the phone, the greeting I received when I arrived for my appointment, the drive-in/check-in process first with the greeter and then the service advisor, the layout of the showroom (big and bright), the customer waiting area is welcoming, the free coffee and cookies (4 choices!), every single employee is smiling, and says hello and thank you, they seem like they enjoy working there, the service advisor reviews the repair, apologizes for the wait (it really wasn't long), and the payment/checkout process, guiding me to my car in the parking lot, the complimentary carwash...the waiting area, showroom, restroom are all absolutely spotless! The quiet room is a great idea, the kids area is a great idea...Sommer's has completely thought through every single detail with an eye toward making the customer experience positive! The cost of maintenance and repairs is reasonable...I always look forward to returning with my vehicle. Great customer care! By far Sommer's has been my best experience for servicing my car of any dealership I have ever been to/used.

Everyone was friendly and honest. I never felt pressured, which was a big deal for me. When I would ask questions, I felt like I was getting honest information and that I wasn't being pressured to make one decision over another. I would highly recommend going to Sommer's even if you're not sure about getting a Subaru. They'll walk you through the whole process, answer all of your questions, and do what they can to make sure you're making the right decisions for you.

I started working with Joe on my next car over the phone. He was able to get me a deal that other dealers couldn't even come close to touching. We are talking over 100/month more for the same car. He was very responsive to all my questions, email, text, and over the phone. Easiest experience buying a car ever for me! Joe was not able to be there the day I picked up the car, so he had Troy Royse help me. He was also very nice and was able to get the car all cleaned up and ready to go rather quickly. Troy made the paperwork and etc fun and pressure free. Where their customer service really shined was when my girlfriend forgot her phone at the dealership. We picked the car up on a Saturday and had left the dealership shortly after closing time. On the way to the hotel my girlfriend realized her phone was gone. We contacted Joe and he was able to get the General Manager to come back on Sunday when the dealership was closed to look for the phone. Huge shout out to Howard for helping us get back into the building while we were still in town. It wasn't found until the next day and I live in Green Bay, so Joe sent the phone overnight in the mail to us. I cant thank Joe/Troy/Howard and the entire Subaru/Sommers team enough. We will be coming back to Sommer's for all of our future Subaru's, no question about it.
