First of all, 2.25% interest on my checking account (yes, you read that right!) is insane considering that I used to make like .05% with one of the big guys. ATM reimbursement (even at all non-EVB ATMs) just further sweetens the pot. 

Beyond the (MUCH) better financial terms, the customer service is also second to none. In person, I'm always helped immediately, and because it's a small bank I can easily get through to that same person by phone if I have follow-up questions. Even the customer service call center is incredibly helpful, no automated voice-bot, just real people who immediately answer and are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. 

I switched to EVB from one of the big evil banks 2 years ago, but never expected them to be this amazing! Honestly, what's not to love!

They are like family and I always have a great experience when I go to their bank my 2 year old loves going in to see them I wouldn't want to go to any other bank 🔥😍

Unprofessional and rude after the sign up process. Initially very helpful but once you actually needed their help the bank manager seemed more concerned with piddling on the internet than helping a client. Wanted to try small banking but obviously that was a bad decision on our part.
