Our stay at Sonesta was almost perfect. The front desk employees were always smiling, offering us dinner and drinks even on our first night. The room was clean, comfy, just as picutred. The only issue we encountered was a man on our back porch at our sliding glass door at 7a. He was rattling around and woke us and our dog. When we opened the door he was walking away and my husband had to chase him down to find out he was an employee trying to fix a light?!

Expensive for no reason. $400 and the toilets don’t even work.. when we called to have them fixed a woman showed up at our door to hand us a plunger. What kind of service is that? Do yourself a favor and find a better place to lodge your family. Won’t be back.. and won’t recommend.

Location is good for an event at the University. The rooms are clean, modern and nice. Full kitchen and living room and large bathroom.

If you get room 624, don't use the upstairs shower. It has VERY little hot water pressure. The sink is fine. Makes no sense to me. Outside of that, great location, great price for what you get, and descent shopping and dining in the area.

My family and I are staying for the weekend to visit the Omaha zoo. We were a little nervous when we first arrived, because it didn't look that great on the outside. However, the rooms are spacious and pretty nice for the price. The room wasn't quite as clean as I'd like, but nothing major. I brought it to the managers attention and she discounted my room. Overall, for the price I think it is worth staying. The rooms are more like apartments which makes me a little nervous being open to the outside, but we haven't had any issues.
