What an amazing collection! The tour guide we had today was Dave. He was absolutely a delight in his presence, knowledge and passion. You don’t have to be a musician or an industry junkie to love Songbirds. This was my second tour in the last year and frankly I need to come here more often. They not only display the worlds most complete collection, but they tell the story behind each of them and rotate displays every quarter or so. They also have the worlds best players performing all the time. Like I said, you don’t have to be musician to enjoy watching and learning from the best musicians around. You’ll be greatly impressed by Songbirds Guitar Museum.

Incredible! I have 19 guitars, so I guess I'm a collector on a very minor scale. They have 39 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standards alone. These are the Holy Grail of guitars! They have 2 1958 Gibson Explorers valued at $1 million each! I was blown away! Take the vault tour. It's expensive, but worth every penny if you love music history and the history of the guitar! I was a kid in the candy store!

Enjoyed the main exhibit floor. Arrived between tours so did not get to visit the "vault". Started with the first production electric guitars, such as the Fender Broadcaster, from the 50's and separated in rows from the 60's and 70's. 99% electric guitars. Only a few acoustic guitars, but the ones they had were very nice higher end Martin D41's, some pre-War D18 & D45's, Gibson Hummingbirds. Has an area where you can play a couple guitars with headphones. Staff was super polite and excite to show us their museum. Has a gift shop with t-shirts, picks, etc.
