I work close by and frequent go to   this location and they have the best car hop around. She's never out anymore but guess what she was tonight thank you Nicole for the supper fast serves. She always have a positive attitude and smile when we come. Y'all need more fast car hops during the day, way to slow and one car hop don't even smile she always has a mean face on. The guy seems  like he's on something. Iv  had a order that was mistake once when my order was large they gave me a medium But they were polite and fixed it  with not much of delay. So thanks to the best Sonic in Belton. Keep up the hard work. Thanks to the owner your staff is doing an awesome job. Food is always on point...

We have been here tons and only once have they messed up an order. They forgot to put onions on my tots. So pretty consistent overall. Sometimes their Ice cream machine is broken, though.

Inconsistent. I like their drinks but don’t waste your money on their food. I used to work at this location when I was in high school but it has definitely gone down hill over the years. I went today to grab my husband something to eat & when I asked for fries with no salt, the employee’s response was “the fries are preseasoned” which is not true. Did I mention I use to work at sonic and I currently have a cousin who works at sonic now so I know that’s not true. I tried to over look the laziness about not wanting to give fresh fries but then my toast on my chicken club was soggy. Definitely won’t be visiting this location for a while.

I had a car hop with a very bad attitude I recall seeing her name tag Alex for she did not introduce herself I had to look for myself! Sonic is usually a happy friendly place! What really got me about the whole situation is she walked away without giving me my change! I will never go to that sonic again as long as she is There! I even asked for straws which she said she would bring back which never happen I asked a young lady by the name of Sam who was very sweet don't loose Her! Anyway get a grip on who you hire get rid of her if you want to keep customers!!
