Fries were cold, chicken was hard. Ordered a fudge Sunday and they forgot it. Asked them to please bring it and it took another 10 mins. Then told us oops forgot to add it to your bill so now we need more money. Didn't bring straws, didn't bring katchup and didn't bring a spoon. Was do e eating by the time he showed up with katchup. NOT GOING BACK!

Slow getting your food to you and once I did get my food it was cold and didn't taste very good once it was cold

Combined my two orders into one box - two different orders for two different people, no idea if the order I got was the size I asked for since it all got clumped in together.

My drink cup had a hole stabbed through the bottom, milkshake melted in my car on ride home, which is amazing since I never got a straw.

No dipping sauces for my combined order of chicken.

They do not answer their phone.
