It was pathetic! Ordered a grill chicken sandwich PLAIN AND ON REGULAR BUN. I had to repeat this 3 times. Got my order with grilled   Onions on it. I push the button and told them. They came and got my sandwich. Brought the same meat back on a bun, and of course all I could taste was onions. I seriously ended up putting 4 pks of ketchup on it to be able to eat it. I pushed the button and spoke with a young man that claimed to be the manager. I told him what had happened and he literally busted out laughing. When I told him I was gonna contact Greg he laughed again and started dancing and made sure to make eye contact with me and laugh again... PEOPLE WONDER WHY SONIC HAS GONE SO FAR DOWN! MAYBE LOOK AT YOUR MANAGEMENT AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR ANSWERS. WILL NOT GO BACK AT NIGHT!!!

When they had the old building, they had way better food and service. I don't know what's going on, but food is wrong a lot of times and have had to wait over 30 minutes for food. Some employees are really nice and respectful.

Service not like it use to be. Hardly any skating carhops. Should go back to last year crew. The kids love them

They are good . they are a steady paste Company .they have good customer service .the do good timing on getting your orders out to you.
