This is our neighborhood Sonic and we have been here several times hoping for a change but each time has been disappointing. This will be the last time. I ordered a simple cherry cream slush and what I left with was some slimy, melted version of what I ordered. The cup was covered in Liquid and a mint that was soaked in the syrupy mess. We brought it to their attention and she stood there with a look that said “what do you want me to do about it?” We asked for them to clean the cup and switch the lid out. I got back the same dirty slimy cup with a new lid. Feeling defeated, I asked for some napkins (which was not initially provided) and cleaned the cup myself. To my dismay when I tasted my drink, it was equally as disappointing. If it was summer I would understand the melted ice, but it’s the beginning of February 😒. We have had this problem in the past and even brought it to the manager’s attention and obviously no changes have been made. It’s unfortunate because it’s not an individual issue but a systemic one. This leads to the next question: what else do they not care about? Is the meat bad? Do they wash their hands before they prepare food items?

Food is always good here. I have a wrong order from time to time, but if addressed to them, they will gladly take care of the issue. I love that it's close and reasonably priced.

I love every meal here and I love how they have slushies and ice cream too. My favorite dish is chili cheese dog plus a green apple slushie with Jolly ranch candy in it.

Went for ice cream. Recommend most of their ice cream products. I had the sonic m&m blast. Ice cream blended with mini m&m's & they put some whipped cream. Placed the order thru the drive up stall. They also have a drive thru, but since it was a long line went to stall. Once you order you confirm order on screen. Give you option to pay cash, credit/debit or pay with app. Can't get an easier. Track the order status. The only thing I didn't like was it said, car hop on it's way & 5 minutes later they show up

Love their ice, but food sucks. Always get food that thas been in the warmer for hours. Just today went for just onion rings. They were old, dry and rubbery. Had to trash them.  Last week ordered a freaking hot dog. Took it back. The winnie was so dried up it was hard and looked like a sausge link. Managers needs to supervise those cooks!!!
