I am very disappointed in the way this restaurant operates.  I frequently go there to order Hot Fudge sundaes.  Most of the time I'm told "we don't have sundaes today, only Milkshakes".  Why do they have this on the menu and it's hardly ever available?  I have also tried their sandwiches and I'm not impressed.  I do like their sundaes and find them good value but I never seem to get them.

Incredibly bad service. "Waiters" if you can even call it that are barely literate and dont even know whats on their own menu. They cannot comprehend simple instructions. The sonic blast machine was broken for at least two months and they blatantly took the order and waited 15 minutes to tell us it was broken (mind you it didnt seem like they put any effort into doing their jobs at all, they were sitting around talking). One time I pulled in to the drive in area and whenever I would call for service I would be answered and then ignored or just plain ignored all together. My only hope in life is that automated cashiers somehow become more prevalent so the so called "staff" here dont ever get to work because it seems its too difficult a task. Absolutely incredible that there's always something wrong. This place used to be good months ago and something changed. 

About the only good thing is that is allowing me to give 2 stars is that the sonic blast (when it is available) is infinitly cheaper and tastier than whatever those degenerates at dairy queen think is acceptable to call a blizzard. Seriously they give you a shot glass of ice cream and charge you $3.

Drove about 30 minutes just to eat here and drive back with huge regret. HORRIBLE service from the point of making my order to receiving it. Went with a friend and both of our burgers were the wrong order, my friend didn’t even bother to change his but I definitely did. I even saw an employee with sandals...

Salty food. This saddened me as I was so pumped when they were coming to Homestead. Great commercials. Poor food.

I never FULLY hate a place, sometimes it's just bad timing. Everytime I arrive here, I get my money or bank card ripped out of my hand like I am the plague. My slushies are always melted and taste funky, same as the shakes (machines need to be tested for mold). I almost always see people goofing off inside when there is an enormous line in the drive thru. I guess I can say, they are clean and they keep up on lawn maintenance....
