Food took way longer than usual. Gave us paper straws for shakes. Didn't work at all ended up broken, a spoon would of been nice. Tater tots were the best part. Over all was very disappointed. Was really looking forward to going to as we do not have one anywhere near us..

I had to sit at the speaker for a very long time, there was only 1 car ahead and they took their order and made us wait until the car in front got their food at the window before I could even order. Since I know that this happens often I didn't let that bother me. The issue was that BOTH slushes that I ordered were AWFUL, I actually had to throw them away, we couldn't force ourselves to drink them, two different flavors by the way. The mozzarella sticks were very good though.

The variety on the menu is appreciated because most people can probably find something to order, however the food is not good. Ordered the chicken tender dinner and everything was overcooked/fried/air fried, hard, and not appealing. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Chicken sandwich was not good enough for the price. And my fires were old and cold but they did give me some fresh ones when I asked with no problem. That's the only reason I have it a 1 star.

My sister and I each ordered a cheeseburger combo.  We felt it was one of the WORSE burgers we ever had.  The burger was lukewarm and the patties were tough.  It tasted like the patties were left overs and slapped on the bun.  The cheese wasn't even melted.  The tots were a little better but not crisp.  The burgers were so bad that my sister and I couldn't even finish it.

Very disappointing! I understand that during the current global situation,  restaurant need to modify their practices, but Sonic still needs improvement in their business operations. Drive-in Carhop service isn't functional at the moment, but you wouldn't KNOW THIS, because instead of putting signs on their menus to inform customers that only the drive-thru is open, when you push the button on the squawk box, the employee says through a very staticky speaker to go to the drive-thru. The line and wait in the drive-thru was ridiculous and even shorted us items that we ordered. Lastly, we ordered the sauces popcorn chicken, which was verrry saucy and no fork to eat with. Bring on the caveman! I think we won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Kids meal, tenders, disgusting. Clearly been sitting all day. No applesauce or ranch in meal. Coney at the bottom of the bag. Demolished. Hot dog old and rubbery. No ranches, no sauce for moz sticks. No napkins. Wth is going on here!? Never returning.

Very sketchy area. The burger I got was flattened as much as possible and was burnt all the way through. It looked like it was stepped on my an elephant. The chicken had freezer burn in it so when I bite into the chicken it's got a dry rocky chunk inside of it.Food: 1/5

This Sonic gets the worst rating for the dirtiest fast food bathroom ever.    My daughter hovered over the seat.    Everything was stained and the toilet hadn't been cleaned in weeks.  Yeah, the food was great.

Food is always good at any Sonic I stop at. Service here was great,Janie did a wonderful job. My question is....why is she taking all the orders through d/t and front, making the food, etc. while one employee in a red shirt just stands there and eats, while another employee in a green shirt walks around talking on his cell phone. I was there for over an hour..... nothing changed.
