TWO shots!!! 1st time tots were hard & cold, burger was raw!!! PINKISH type raw!!! Went back & the next tots were greasy & SMELLED as well as tasted OLD!!! It's a second time out of three I get poor quality food. This time I ordered JUMBO popcorn chicken and they are smaller or as big as my thumb. The majority is just breading with a tiny amount of chicken, they are over cooked as well. Ain't going back...
Other than the friendly service, extremely disappointing visit. First the mixing machine was broken so no much desired milkshake. Then the service was FAST. TOO fast and I should have known. I snacked as I drove home and everything was already cold! Almost stone cold. It has all obviously been sitting around too long. I appreciate reducing food costs by limiting food waste but they went too far this New Year's Day.
I actually left the Sonic on Solano after ordering because of the rudeness of the order taker, then she attempted to charge me for more than what I ordered. And it was under 5.00. Can't add or what? For some reason the staff isn't real bright there. Regardless, I'll drive across town to get a courteous employ to take my order, get my order correct and know the prices and charge me correctly. Something this Sonic does and the Sonic on Solano does not.
This location, once my family's go-to fast food stop, has really declined in service quality. I had to wait an hour for my order, having left around 20 minutes after the app confirmed my order was ready. They had to be reminded multiple times that I was waiting. They then walked it to every stall but the one I was at, despite me needing to tell them the stall I was in. When it finally arrived, the employee, who claimed to be a manager, was very rude and unapologetic. Sonic may have lost my business after decades.
As somebody that used to work at sonic whilst in high school, I appreciate tipping. What I do not appreciate is being charged for a cup of ice and water and then the carhop ASSUMING I wanted to tip her an additional 72 cents and making it a big deal that she would have to go back inside to get my change, after making waiting 12 mins for two drinks. Easy fix, where the changer and carry cash, quit lazying people into tipping. More than slightly rude.
This sonic is fairly close to my house so we come here often but lately they have been so slow! This last time I went, I had an order on the app for four sodas and there was two cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. Each car before me at the window had at least a five minute wait and there were like two cars in stalls. I got to the speaker and was told they’d be right with me and sat there for both cars stay at the window and another couple minutes before someone came out of the side door and waved me up to the window. When I got there and told him my name, it took two repeats for him to get it right because he had his AirPods in and wouldn’t take them out long enough to listen. 4 sodas took a total of over 20 minutes and I was one of only 5 cars at the Sonic. Ridiculous.
Ordered on app. Had to wait a bit but we ordered off regular menu during breakfast hours. Enjoyed the Hatch burger.Food: 5/5
Sonic is great, the gals are great, I just get the SONIC COLD BREW COFFEE here. I don't do fast food. Not familiar with the food, but I like kickin' here. MikeService: 5/5
This is the 3rd time I go to sonic and I use the online ordering and I get to sonic and they hand me my food and everything but they forget my onion rings. So I press the button and I say you guys forgout my onion rings and so I got a mozzarella sticks for free. But you guys didn't tell me you didn't in have onion rings and didn't thing I was gonna figure out. This is the third time you guys have done this. I usually hate complaining but when it happens multiple times I have to say something.
