There aren’t many places that bring the comfort and quality that Sonic provides. I found myself at this Sonic, and oh boy, I had no idea what was coming my way. The Sonic x Nerf collab might go down as one of the most underrated collabs in fast food history. Make your way to Sonic for some great toys, and some great times.Food: 5/5

I can’t say that I have been to many Sonics as there are not that many near where I live. I decided to go to this one all the way up in Audubon as it was a skip and a hop from my PCP’s office. After my appointment, I decided to shake it up a bit and come here. Well, let me tell you that when you request anything off the menu, you’ll get EXACTLY what you’re getting!!! I ordered quite a few things, starting with the Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster w/ a side of Mozzarella Sticks & Marinara Sauce That’s right; I said Mozzarella Sticks ALONGSIDE the sandwich, Ched ‘R’ Peppers’ w/ Ranch sauce, Honey BBQ Jumbo Popcorn Chicken, &, to top it off, an Oreo & Reese’s Peanut Butter Sauce Master Shake. To start, the mozzarella sticks met my expectations, especially along with the marinara sauce ; whenever I order sticks at any other fast food place, half of the time, they forget to even GIVE me Marinara sauce. In this case, I utilized the sit-in drive-thru & could always utilize the “Red Button” mechanism to request anything if needed, as per the accommodating lady carhop who took my order.   Moving on, the Poppers incorporated good cheddar cheese; my only scrutiny is in the fact that there wasn’t any heat/spice found anywhere since it’s a “Jalapeño” Popper; I assume this is advertised to those who don’t have much of a spice palette. Regardless, it goes well with some ranch dressing if you wanted a sauce.  Next, I try out the Honey BBQ Popcorn Chicken; I can never get enough of the sauce, but they also really did justice to the crispy texture of the chicken as well. I decided that it was too good for me to finish myself, so I’ll be saving that with someone later.  I have yet to try the burger, but let me tell you that that burger looks hefty and I expect it to taste hefty in flavor once I take my first bite. Later, I ultimately decide to order tots and CinnaSnacks as I initially wanted to have tots as a side with the Popcorn chicken {ordered the burger by itself}; regardless, I am IMPRESSED at how accurate the tots were not just by the looks but also in the high-tier taste; it was crispy, with that subtle potato aftertaste as it lingers, tempting you to want more of what’s left in the container.  To conclude, I have also tasted some spoonfuls of the Master Shake; The first thing I though of was Whipped Cream as I thought “how much of that stuff did they put in here?” The batter is very light up top so I had to reach deep to find the cool, concrete-like mixture of Reese’s and Oreos  melded together in a soft, but solid bite.  Alongside that, I had a CinnaSnack, which MELTED in my mouth all so easily, releasing the gooey cinnamon sauce within.  Overall, this was worth the trip; I paid $40 for everything here, which may seem like a steep hike for the amount I get. But, when it comes to taste, you’re DEFINITELY getting what you’re paid due!!!!

I came for breakfast and I got just that! I got the #14 which is the breakfast burrito choice of sausage or bacon and an ice coffe with French vanilla. The gentleman at the window was super kind! He had the drinks at the window and told us the food would be fresh. Amazing coffee! I had to thank him when the meal came out LOL it was fresh and even came with a precious peppermint wrapped inside each burrito. Today was a good day & I hope that nice guy has one too!

The worst drive thru experience of my life at any fast food place I've ever been to. Sat at the pick up window for twenty minutes for a couple of milkshakes, while the other cars behind us had their orders bought out to their cars. We were the last people left in line, and we ordered first. Never again.Food: 1/5

So I haven’t been to Sonic in a long while. My partner and I decided to go to this one before we went to see fireworks tonight. To say that the. Customer Service sucked is an understatement. From the start we were put on hold by the person answering the order screen while he took someone else’s order that arrived AFTER us. Then he came out and took the order by hand. We waited almost 40 MINUTES before going up to the door to see where our food was. The guy who came to the door said and I quote “oh it wasn’t made I will make it now.” Suffice to say we demanded our money back. The only good part about the entire experience is the General Manager Nick who was there on his day off no less did come and talk with us an apologize for what was a horrible experience.

Waited about 40 mins for a milkshake. Granted they were busy but after waiting for much time I hit the red button and was then instructed to “come inside” and my order would be ready. When I got into the door it was chaos. Tons of orders and many workers just rushing around. Milkshake was eh thankfully it we half off. Mozz sticks had no sauce so not really appetizing to me  Parking: It’s a drive up to order so plenty of stalls to pick from. There’s also a drive thru

Wish I would have driven away instead of ordering. Not sure what was going on with the service . It took over 20 min to get through the drive thru. I ordered 3 hot dogs cheese sticks drinks.. after the guy behind me got all of his food then the bring out my hot dogs and they were all wrong and had to be remade... then the ones I got were not cooked enough and I ended up putting them in the trash. Waste of time and money.. don't go here

Went through the drive thru, someone said hello and never came back on the speaker and only 2 cars ahead of us. After both the cars went thru, we sat there and no one took our order. We had to drive to the window and there were 3 visible employees and we eventually got to place our order at the window. This has happened a lot when I come here, where I go to the drive thru and it takes several minutes for someone to take my order even when there is no one ahead of me.

Food took over 45 mins for 3 drinks and some pretzels. We asked multiple times about our order and were given a $10 giftcard. The manager did not follow up with the staff until we requested 4 times. Will not be returning.Food: 1/5

ordered at 9:04pm and didn’t get my food until 9:55pm i ordered a burger, a wrap, tots, and a shake like what was taking so long? just to leave with no wrap because supposedly they don’t even have that wrap anymore but i was able to order it on the app?? and they gave me the completely wrong milkshake. i suggest to not go during close since the kids working don’t care about food service at all
