I have never had food come out on time order ahead through app and half the time your order that you wait 10-15+minutes longer for isn’t even even correct. I kept giving this location more chances, because sometimes things happen, but this is a regular problem. Don’t waste your money here, drive a little farther and go to another location.
This is the slowest sonic. Even if you order just a drink, you’re waiting behind food prep. Took 25 minutes for two sodas.
Pulled up at this location at about 10:30-10:40pm google said they closed at 11:00pm and saw about 5 other cars there and one guy walking around the front. Pressed the button at one spot and waited for 5 minutes with no response. I noticed the lady in the car next to me was looking around confused and her screen on her menu said the food was on its way. After 5 minutes and no response I figured that intercom system might be bad and went to a different spot. Waited about 3 minutes at the new spot and still no response. I then saw there was a drive through and figured I’d try that. There were two cars waiting and no one at the intercom then I saw both back up and pull away. At this point it was 10:50pm and there were two other cars with me waiting for a response. The lady next to me then go out and told me she had ordered and never got her food. Then I walked up to the window and found food and multiple drinks on the counter in the to go bags, a stack of receipts and computer screens flashing. No sign of any employee. All the lights at the exterior were on; so were all the lights and fry stations inside. I assumed the employee was done for the night and simply didn’t want to work so I left. Right down the road I noticed a cop in a parking lot watching traffic and basically told him to do a wellness check…i started thinking that maybe the employee was injured or something inside. I have no clue what the situation was, but, based off all the other terrible reviews for this location, I won’t be back even though I live two blocks away and love sonic shakes.
The location on Green Oaks is trash. Slow service, sometimes they don’t even take your orders when go thru the drive-thru. And there’s oftentimes only 1 person staffed. I have the slowest of good luck when I order through the app, pull into a stall and check in. You’ll be waiting around 30 minutes at most. But its better then driving and waiting around 45 minutes for your food to come out.
This sonic…… after months of not coming here we just stop since it was next to my kids sports center. As expected it is Still slow as hell in none peak hours waited 20mins for a COLD KIDs meals asked for NO cheese cold fried and a melted shake . I had a similar issue last time and nothing happened when u call the service # I am truly DONE. Do NOT come to this location people are jumping out of the line
I went to the drive-through and they were rude to me. The lady seemed like she was in a rush to hurry up and get me out of there and then when I got my order, nothing was right my burgers I ordered fries and got tots and even got the wrong size never going back there again.Food: 1/5
This location could use some TLC. Ordered online for pickup, checked-in to the stall, and the sign said “- is delivering your order.” Still waiting 15 minutes later. Starting to think they clear the mobile orders to beat some timer, but they aren’t really delivered in that time.Food: 2/5
I hardly was able to get help from any employee. I'm here to pick up a doordash and no employee wanted to help or take an order and my order is now 15 minutes late. That's not acceptableFood: 1/5
Got a sonic breakfast burrito around 7:30am and I got black stuff in my burrito where they didn't clean the grill very well and plus burrito wasn't done correctly suppose to have tator tots and didn't have any. I tried calling them several times to tell them but nobody answered so called the 800 # on the app since i used the app to order. Lady was very concern and said manager would call me asap since stuff was in my burrito it is 3:32pm and still no call from anybody. Guess management don't care they can get ppl sick from poor cleaning on the grill they cook on. I uploaded a picture so ya can see it.
The worst Sonic I've ever been to the customer service is horrible they don't listen to your order and they just bring out whatever they feel you will like never returning to this location again the girl who brought my food to my car she was very disrespectful. I got home just now and had to put my food in the in the microwave and I only live 2 minutes from this Sonic food was cold
