Menu board didn't work on the first booth, #6 booth it ended up that the speaker didn't work and the card reader either. Hamberger was so cold the cheese never even tried to melt & my grandsons corndog was cold, tater tots cold and old. This is the 4th time we have been to this location wait is usually forever but this time with the quality of the food I wont be back, chik fil a is next door and they have fresh food and good service

I guess chili cheese dog means just barely touching the bun with chili, since there was absolutely none on the actual hot dog and all i had was cheese. And burnt corn dogs with tots just thrown in the bag

Poor service, rude employees who make inappropriate comments in the background while your trying to order... I still left tip but I will not return to this sonic. This was my 3rd time and each experience was worse than the next. Slow learner but I've learned. About to call to get store managers number. Ordered small M&M blast and it's just about solid M&M - feel like it was payback because of my second order request. As the young lady "explained " to me each Sonic is different and they operate the way they do. 
Well good to know because I only have to stop going to this one!

Four out of five times they messed up my drink orders. Family really likes strawberry lime aids.  It's a crap shoot whether they put any limes or strawberries in them.  Took the last two back and they screwed them up again!  Staff seems to work hard so obviously it's a management and training issue.

very nice restaurant! All of the employees I have come in contact with have been lovely. Great customer service and the food is always delicious.
