Sonic is one of my personal favorite places for fast food to go to here in South Hill. The prices are definitely affordable (come on, it's fast food.) The thing that truly shines through about Sonic though is that they consistently have polite and professional employees. Sometimes they'll hire the oddball that doesn't want to be there and isn't afraid of showing it, but they're never there long enough to make a big impact on the overall bright atmosphere Sonic provides again and again. The employees can usually be seen rather easily hustling and bustling trying to make your order as quickly as possible. Great place to go for food or just some quick ice cream. Hands down the place I will always recommend to people when they ask where I like to eat.

The food is pretty much always great. And the service is fast but even though they offer breakfast all day getting it later in the day always seems greasy. So if you want a breakfast sandwich past 2 in the afternoon be wary.

Been to many Sonics before but this has to be the worst experience. Drive thru was backed up. Sat there for 10 minutes. Finally gave up. Did the walk up. Got two drinks, waited another 14 minutes just them to come out. There was only one runner for a packed happy hour and no sense of prioritizing orders. Overall building appearance was lacking. Mold on light fixtures and exterior. Expect long wait times.

NOT GOOD! THEY KEPT GETTING MY CHICKEN SANDWICH WRONG! I WANTED NO MAYONNAISE AND INSTEAD OF COOKING ANOTHER ONE THEY TRIED TO SCRAPE OFF THE MAYO AND PUT IT ON A NEW BUN! HAD TO GIVE IT BACK LIKE 3 TIMES! OUR 1ST TIME VISITING...... PROBABLY WILL BE OUR LAST.......

Sonic is the only place I go for the best fast food. They are a little slow. They were busy, especially in the drive thru. The curb service was effective in that the drive thru made it hard to go thru.
