We order a $73 dollar order with over 6 meals and the food came out so early. I forgot my wallet at home by mistake so I asked them if I could pay with my phone. They told me to use the app. There was a bit of confusion since I had no idea on how the app works and that lead us to a payment problem issue. The Manager Kelly came out she was extremely nice and professional, helped us out. Fixed the problem rite away with the app. She even took the time to explain how the app works and all. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. First time I have seen on a fast food place a manager go out of there way to fix a problem for a customer and be extremely patient and calm about it.

We love coming to Sonic! The footings are fantastic and the tots make us hungry for more. Being able to enjoy it from the comfort your car is a plus, too! This place is right off Route 1, a little tricky to get to if you are traveling south but not impossible.

After a concert we had driven such a long way to experience, we arrived at Sonic with our stomachs digesting our bodies. We pulled up, got our order together and pushed the button to order. We were then told that part was closed, and to use the drive through window. Which is all totally acceptable. As we pulled up to the line, we see 3 cars waiting. So we wait, and wait, and wait. The woman in the front was trying to get their attention. Apparently, after telling other people to also use the drive through window, they weren't even taking any of our orders. The woman in front said she could see them in the window. We choose to leave, but we we pulled up to the window to let them know they had people waiting to order, in case they had just simply forgotten. They looked at us, and completely ignored that we were there. They clearly don't care about customer service, and we will not be visiting this Sonic location any time soon.

GET SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS AND UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH to take orders... Crew seems to not be in any sort of hurry, not all that busy and taking a long time. Only giving 2 starts bc we love the food

Took forever to make our food. Ate inside. Some drunk lady fell and was stumbling all over the place. Didn't get any sauces for our chicken. It was during a weekday and wasn't very busy so I was very shocked. Probably wouldn't eat here again. Not many places to go when you stay at the hotel right next door.
