The food was edible. The ice cream was turned almost into butter and the food was warm but not hot. The lemonade is decent.

I've noticed the waiting times have increased significantly over the past year. I thought it was a fluke but it has been happening consistently. I expect things to take longer at Sonic but this particular location has been perpetually slow. The carhops are great, though.

I asked for fresh fries (for my kids)  They took my entire order back inside. I waited 20 mins for them to bring them back out! They put 2 or 3 fries in each package.... Well,  I waited another 25-30 mins for them to bring my order back out... Well, this time everything was cold! I asked for my receipt because they said they couldn't get me a refund due to their general manager not being there... 🤷🏾‍♀️ (sounds crazy! I used to work for a fast food) they rejected me from getting my receipt..... i called to get their General Manager number and they hung up in my face!

Awful experience. Our waiter spit in our sweet tea and gave us a cup without water when we asked for a water; just a cup. Worst sonic i've ever been to.
