They took my order promptly but they took to long to give me my two drinks and lg chill cheese totos

They have some good employees but our orders got messed up three times. The manager refused to fix our order that we paid for. We got no refund and told us to leave. Don't come to Levelland sonic. Worst Sonic ever.

One of the worst Sonic's I've visited and unfortunately I visit once in a while because I live here and the options are limited. I feel like every time we come to this Sonic, it is like giving them another chance and a gamble. They mess orders up often and the service is very slow, they are not up to Sonic's company standards by any means here. The only reason I gave two stars is because the carhops aren't rude.

Great food.. Great carhops.  Friendly and fast. I recommend the chicken sandwich always my favorite.
