This is definitely the slowest service I've ever had at ANY Sonic I've ever been to! I waited at the drive though sign for 15 minutes, then decide the park in a stall, pushed the little red button waited another 10 minutes and decided it wasnt worth the wait. I could only imagine how long it would've taken if I ever did submit my order.

The service sucks. My wife and I waited 15 minutes for 2 milk shakes that were melted by time we got them. Not to mention we paid 13 dollars for the damn things. I'll never go back to a Sonic.

Soooo slow; having worked at a Sonic for >6 years the routine is supposed to be made in ~2 minutes and @ customer by 4.  Have spent 20 minutes waiting on 2 regular combos during slow hours.

I ordered a cup of ice ad some pickle o's Casia was out with in 5min. With a smile. Love it

Oh boy..  where to begin..  easily in the top 2 or 3 of worst fast food restaurants I've been to.  I've literally went three times in a row, and something was messed up with my order or they were out of something. I have been once since the fiascos, and I had an overly nice waiter and the food was perfect.  However, more times than not this Sonic is a pass for us.
