I went to Sonic about 5 minutes ago. When I go I always order chill cheese tater tots with cheese sauce not the shredded cheese. I went today and someone I didn't know was working. She told me they didn't have the sauce. I told her that I go there almost everyday and that I get the sauce and she said that I was wrong. So I just asked for extra cheese. I got home and there was no chilli on my tots at so just the cheese. It was absolutely disgusting and ruined my meal. On top of that it looked like it had been sitting there for a week. Sonic really needs to get the stuff together. Worst meal ive ever eaten there

They got my order all wrong and then the manager was rude and not a costumer service representative . The car hop lady was very nice but the main manager needs to be relocated somewhere else . If he hates his job then do something different but don't be rude to faithful customers when u screwed up the order in the first place.  I think a corporate needs to do a undercover service with this sonic and see how they treat people . HORRIBLE

After placing my order, they said they ran out of Mozzarella Sticks so I changed it to Tots. 15 minutes later, I get my order, and the tots were ice cold.

This place has gone downhill since it opened several years ago. Stalls are falling apart, don't work at all, or being held together with chewing gum...
Service is slow, can't understand person taking order, orders are wrong most of the time and when you go for half Price hamburgers on Tuesdays after 5 pm you had better check the bill, because they will charge you full price.

Update, March 2017, finally updated stalls to brand new equipment and the first time I try and use it, it doesn't work.  Had to flag down car hop to place order...
