Terrible experience.  In a rush, ordered breakfast,  had trouble making the person receiving the order understand what number we wanted.  Finally got the order, my coffee creamers were "curdled", spoiled, rotten milk.  RUINED the coffee. Called them back, explained that the dates on the creamers were TWO MONTHS out of date. She brought more coffee and creamers,  told us they "threw away the whole box of bad creamers". I looked at the "new creamers"... all 4 were 2 months out of date.  By now, I've completely finished eating,  with nothing to drink, we HAD to leave,  we were on a time schedule.  I told her to please just bring me a coke.

One of the busiest places in Jena other than McDonalds. So if you want to eat here, you'll have to wait. The food is pretty good and the staff is nice. Only problem is the card reader at the drive through doesn't work, so be prepared to have cash on you if you're not staying to eat. They have had this problem for months and haven't even tried to fix it.

It depends on the crew on shift but majority of the time I enjoy the Food and Drinks  they do the proper temperature , proportion , and flavors it suppose to have.

They declined us the use of the restroom said it wasn't for public use even though I made an order
