Over the past year I have continually had issues with incorrect orders and bad service. Now this past Wednesday I went to get order food, and was trying to pay with my credit card. I swiped it three times trying to get it to go through and nothing. After this someone finally informed me their system wasn't working and I would need to pay with cash. Fortunately I had cash, and it was no problem, until today when I realized they had charged my credit card three times for the order even though I had paid them in cash!!! I called about the issue today and was told the manager was out of state and no one could do anything about it until Monday! Until then they are just sitting there on my money, and I find it really hard to believe that only one person at this entire establishment knows how to deal with a refund issue?! People on the phone were completely uncaring and unwilling to do anything at all to help. One woman in particular was especially rude, and as soon as I do get to speak to the manager when she gets back, I am going to make sure she knows how completely horrible her staff's service was, and also how completely unprofessional it is for no one there to be able to handle a simple refund in her absense. Sonic isn't even that good - choose one of the other local fast food joints if you need something. We won't be going back to this location ever.

Food is good but staff keeps trying to give me someone elses order, then someone elses after that.

More than once have not been waited on after pushing the red button multiple times. Pull in spots are a lot tighter than other sonic drive ins. Will serve friends and family before other guests.

I like to trick the carhops that I'm going to run over them. Especially the fattys. Food is good too

My order was not correct and the food was cold the speakers didn't work properly 2 stars was generous
