Good luck getting your food without waiting more than 30 minutes. I had a single car in front of me in drive-through and barely any vehicles parked in stalls. We had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before getting to order and then it was another 22 minutes before we finally were able to get our food. The poor guy that pulled up behind us waited at least 20 minutes just to get a bag of ice. Young lady at the window was rude and didn't even apologize for our 30 minute (fast food) wait. Should have drove to Warrensburg's Sonic and back to Lone Jack instead. After all 30 minutes they couldn't even get a cheeseburger correct.

Should have driven to Warrensburg for food , still in line waiting for order....22 minutes so far. Girl even had an attitude problem when i asked why it took so long. Will not be back to pay for crappy service and luke warm food

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, sandwich was not fresh, tater tots cool, and they put onions on cheeseburger when I asked them not to...a little disappointing for $7.50

I live in this area and as much as I would love to give them a 5 start, the wait is typically too long. The food is corporate which is fine. I'll continue  to patronize the local business but I'd be wrong to rate them differently.

We had the bottom come out of a milkshake when she handed it to her and  spelling milkshake all over our clothes my purse the carpet car the window my purse is a mess and the carpet is going to stink.... NOT GOOD...
