Horrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff. The small washers spin cycle leaves clothes wet. The dryers are oddly priced so that you have to keep loading your non refundable card. The only thing that is good about this laundromat, the appliances are new. Nothing else. Response to owner I only use soap pods two per washer and I pay the 25cents extra for the elongated rinse. I’ve been to laundromats before that when you give the cards back they give you the remainder in cash. I only went to that location because it was near by. As for the dryer this is the first time I’m seeing 39cents for ten minutes. Most people use the oversized dryer for blankets or any other bedding but your oversized dryer aren’t that great. I had to use multiple of the regular dryers to spread things out ( about 10 items each ) for them to dry. I wouldn’t mind spending the extra money at this location since it’s closer to me then my usual place but your staff is very rude.

I been coming to this laundry for a while now, today I wanted a change for a $10 and just because the machine didn’t wanted to take the $10 she could not give me any change, that they don’t have cash at all which is ridiculous, so I had to put $10 on my card which I didn’t wanted to at the first place? Why not having cash just in case things like this happen? Everything is with the card in this laundry??? The one in Elizabeth, east grand. I gave the lady a $10 bill and just because the machine did not accepted she said that she could not give me change and that they don’t have cash, I even asked her. To buy a laundry bag or Clorox , they give you cash so you can change me the $10 and she told me no, that to buy something, is all with that laundry card that’s it, that she didn’t had cash Plus another day I have 4 quarter and I needed change for $1 because that’s all I had at the moment so I went and ask the lady if she could please change the quarter for $1 bill and she told me no! That they don’t do that’s kind of change

I visited this laundrymat thinkin that it will be pleasant experience it was a complete disater. The attendent have a very negative attidude, rude with customer, no assitance at all, I needed help with loading my sonic sub card . I insert money in machine to reload my card. Once i insert the money in machine. Its reads the money is on your card. But when walked to machine to wash clothes. The card read low , but i jus put money on card . I asked attendent she tells me its nothing she can do. She want me to reload card again with more money. WATCH OUT WITH THOSE CARD FROM THIS LAUNDRYMAT THEY ARE SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY!!

This place was amazing! First , the place is gigantic so you dont have to worry about finding a washing machine or dryer. Second, the service was excellent ! I gave them 2 bags of clothes to wash and when I got them back they were really clean . I play 3 sports and even my dirty socks were clean and were white. I highly recommend this place ! ✔

Went to their new location on E Grand Street. When I was folding my clothes I noticed someone took some of my clothes. Won't be coming back.
