What a wonderful place this is. It has ambience it is clean very roomy and currently they are expanding.
The food was excellent even to the point that rewarming it in their microwave the next day it was still excellent. My only complaint is that they did not offer a baked potato or mashed potatoes on the menu however I have to say they're crinkle-cut fries were superb.
I spent $14 on a dinner and actually got two meals out of it so I would say their prices are competitive.

It is increasingly rare to be able to go out and have a decent dinner for two for less than $40. The napkins aren't shaped into decorative swans and the food is not served on triangular plates, but if you're looking for a tasty and satisfying meal for a reasonable price Sonny's will serve you well. You'll probably go home with some leftovers!

I'm not a big fan of chain/big box restaurants .. however those dominate in Oviedo. Don't get the salad bar ... It's very limited. The all you can eat deals are the best. They food is good for a box ... The staff is amazing and beyond friendly. I'll be back.

This is a great place for barbecue. The service was fast and friendly. The ribs was tender and delicious.  My husband order the chicken and he was satisfied with his tasty order.  I would highly recommend Sonny's for great food and service.

The pulled pork is mushy but their ribs are great. They do a proper Mac n cheese and their cornbread is awesome! They offer a salad bar that you can choose all you can eat from, with a pretty nice selection of veggies to choose from.
